Kings Village | Kingsville

The Architects brief was to design a building that captured the City skyline, available light and expansive views to the north as well incorporating a much needed café to the ground floor.

Award winning Architects Clarke Hopkins Clarke were given the challenge to create 33 light filled and spacious open plan apartments, create a strong and bold presence while integrating with  the surrounding area. 

Once the build form was resolved, Setsquare Studio got to work on the interiors, they have each been individually considered to maximise storage space and function. 

While already enjoying a vibrant and buzzing cultural and culinary scene in nearby Seddon, Yarraville & Footscray, Kings Village is poised to benefit from the exciting Whitten Oval Redevelopment that is expected to bring new Community Facilities including a Running Track, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Medical & Childcare Facilities as well as Bars, Restaurants and Cafes, all within a short walk.

Shopping is easily accessed at Yarraville Plaza on Williamstown Rd and Footscray Central is only a short Train ride wit West Footscray Station only metres away.

A new Project about to be released, Glendon Vale is a 30 Lot Land subdivision in Korumburra just on the town boundry on Warrigal Rd. Nestled nicely in an area close to Shops, Golf Club and the Sporting precinct, Glendon Vale is expected to commence early 2021. With the site being so close to the main amenity of the township and main amenity and land being relatively generous and flat by comparison to some lots in Korumburra, we expect interest to be strong.

A joint vent with Three Pillars Development Management, Halcyon Place is a Boutique 20 Townhouse project with a variety of layouts to choose from each home offers three or four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms and adaptable living areas making them functional and flexible. Sales have been strong and only a handful left, the Project is expected to be completed around November 2020.

Mt Pleasant Rd  | Nunawading

A modern and tasteful design respectful to the neighbouring properties, a 13 Townhouse design is currently in for assessment with Whitehorse City Council. We expect planning to be finalized late in 2020 and commencement toward the middle of 2021.

Wentworth Rd | North Wonthaggi

Our latest Project, a 28 Lot Residential Land Subdivision in North Wonthaggi, the former home of the State Coal Mine, one of Australia’ most picturesque coastlines and fastest growing areas.
